Here is the second batch of Edradour 12 year old 2011 Cask Strength Sherry Oloroso whiskey.
It is therefore a single malt whiskey produced in the Highlands by the Edradour distillery.
This second edition of the 2011 vintage also benefited from 12 years of aging in Oloroso Sherry Butts. These are 500 liter barrels which are used solely for aging sherry.
These are 8 barrels which have been selected and assembled. These were numbered 204, 214, 215, 219, 220, 221, 222 and 230.
Bottling was done without reduction, without filtration and without any addition. 5,100 bottles of this batch were released on June 30, 2023.
