This Rum Cask Finish is produced by the Bordeaux-based Whiskies du Monde. It is a 100% French whisky.
This vintage, made entirely from French barley, was distilled twice in a Charentais still and then aged for between 3 and 4 years in bourbon barrels (first and second
filling) as well as in new American oak barrels.
12 to 20 months of aging in an old agricultural rum barrel then allowed this blend to be enhanced.
This whisky is neither colored nor chill-filtered, and contains no additives.
