Évadé Single Malt Tourbé is a 100% French whisky produced by Whiskies du Monde, a Bordeaux-based distribution company.
This blend is double-distilled in a Charentais still. Unlike the classic Évadé Single Malt, Hamburg peat is used in the process.
To create this cuvée, 4 and 7-year-old whiskies were blended. The casks selected for this blend were previously filled with bourbon from the Heaven Hill distillery in Kentucky.
