As with the non-aged version of Fair vodka, Fair Barrel Aged Vodka is made from quinoa.
The raw material, quinoa, comes from a cooperative of 1,200 farmers in the Bolivian Andes. The seeds are brewed, then transformed into beer before the distillation stage.
A short maturation period of 6 months in Single Malt casks takes place in the Cognac region. Distillation and bottling take place in the same place.
This brand actively participates in and supports fair trade. In fact, it is certified as such.
