This Thai rum corresponds to the cuvée n°2 of the Ferrer Origine Collection, whose ambition is to highlight terroirs through blends of rums from different distilleries, but originating from the same territory.
This is a blend of rums aged from 4 to 23 years (30% of the blend is 23 years old): the younger ones bring aromatic freshness and dynamism, while the older ones offer more depth, complexity and maturity.
Made from the distillation of molasses , this rum benefits from careful aging in oak barrels , with initial maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels .
