Ferroni has collaborated with the Zoumaï brewery for this third cuvee in the Brasseurs d'enfer collection.

As with the other Brasseurs d'enfer cuvées, this is a pure cane juice rum from Mauritius, distilled in 2015.

After housing an Islay whisky and Ferroni Boucan d'enfer rum, the cask was used to age a Rye IPA called La Maïre from the Zoumaï brewery.
