Ferroni Brasseurs d'enfer is a collection created in collaboration with 3 Marseille breweries.
Here, the Rubé brewery and its Imperial Stout beer are in the spotlight.
This cuvee was created in 4 stages:
1) Ageing of a peated whisky from the Isle of Islay
2) The barrel was then reused to age Ferroni Boucan d'enfer rum.
3) Cask aging (still the same one) of Imperial Stout beer
4) last use of this barrel for a pure cane juice rum distilled in 2015 from Mauritius.
This cuvée has produced around 250 bottles.
