Ferroni Grand Arôme 2017 is one of three vintages in the 2024 Brut de Fût collection.
This is a Grand Arôme rum distilled in 2017 from molasses. The distillation was done in a column still after a long fermentation at the Galion distillery in Martinique.
The 7 years of aging took place entirely in the Mediterranean climate in cognac barrels.
No reduction was made before bottling this rum.
