Ferroni La Dame Jeanne N°13 is a rum made from pure Canarian cane juice. It comes from a distillery on La Palma, an island with a rocky, wooded landscape dotted with volcanoes.
This rum benefited from a short fermentation and was distilled in an Ergot column still dating from the 20th century. It was bottled by Maison Ferroni after a long rest in Dame-Jeanne.
