Ferroni La Dame Jeanne n°15 rum was distilled from pure sugar cane juice in a Creole column somewhere on the island of Martinique.
It was then left to rest in open jars in the Provencal climate. During this rest - which can vary from a few weeks to a few months - the rum is aerated and improved.
Bottling was carried out at “Navy Proof”, i.e. after a slow reduction to 57°.
