Ferroni La Dame Jeanne N°16 is a rum made from pure cane juice from South Africa.
It benefited from a very long fermentation and was distilled in a stainless steel still. Part of the Dame-Jeanne collection of Guillaume Ferroni, an insatiable jack-of-all-trades in the world of spirits, this rum has benefited from a long period of rest and aeration.
This is a complex "grand aroma-type" rum, with a profile reminiscent of Jamaican rums.
