Flor de Cana 15 ans is a molasses rum produced by a Nicaraguan distillery based in Chichigalpa. It has been run by the same family for 5 generations.

The production of this 15-year-old rum is certified carbon-neutral and fair-trade. The rum is aged in cellars located at the foot of the San Cristobal volcano, Nicaragua's highest and most active volcano.
