Fluère is a brand of non-alcoholic spirits created by the Lucas Bols company. The company owns well-known brands such as Bols, Passoã and Galliano.
Through Fluère, the aim is to offer spirits for mixology with near-zero alcohol content.
This Spiced Cane Dark Roast comes closest to the aromas of rum. This beverage is produced by steam distillation. It's made with coriander from Casablanca, sugarcane molasses from the Dominican Republic, juniper berries from the Himalayas, lavender from Provence and, last but not least, Mediterranean lemon zest.
