Covenant is the 23rd rum in the Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) series bottled by the Foursquare distillery.
This is a molasses rum made from a blend of eaux-de-vie distilled in iron and column stills.
This cuvée is aged for 18 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
Bottling in May 2023 was carried out without cold filtration, and without the addition of colorants or additives.
