This Glendronach 15-year-old single malt scotch whisky adopts the name "Revival" following its return in 2018. The withdrawal of the classic 15 Year Old from the Glendronach range in 2015 was much to the regret of many enthusiasts.
Revival has been aged entirely in a selection of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

I had a crush on the first version of this 15 year old Revival. I was afraid of being disappointed by the new version... And... indeed the magic is no longer there... It remains very good but the price having soared, the 70cl bottle will not arrive at my house.
