Green Spot Léoville Barton is an Irish whiskey produced by triple pot-still distillation. It comes from the Midleton distillery, which uses a blend of malted (40%) and unmalted (60%) barley. A first blend is made, between oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. These casks are aged for a minimum of 7 years, and up to 10 years.
A unique finishing process is carried out over 12 to 24 months, using Bordeaux wine barrels. In this case, red wines from Château Léoville Barton in Saint-Julien.
