This Grosperrin N°61 is a very old cognac from the commune of Réparsac, in the heart of the Fins Bois production area. It was produced by a retired winegrower who was mainly a nurseryman. He had also developed other activities that complemented his work as a producer.
When Guilhem Grosperrin met him, this was the last lot he owned. He had kept it as long as possible in memory of his first harvest.
This cognac was bottled as is in October 2019. It underwent no special treatment or addition of any other element for bottling.
