Guillaume de Roany XO is a blend of two rums aged 6 and 15 years : one made from molasses, the other from pure cane juice.
The pure cane juice rum , aged for 6 years and distilled in a Creole column still in the Indian Ocean, benefited from an additional two years of aging in ex-Cognac French oak barrels.
The 15-year-old molasses rum is distilled at Foursquare in Barbados.
Limited edition of 480 numbered bottles.
