HBS La Cuvée Sénateur is an agricultural white rum from Martinique. The Habitation Beau Séjour distillery, long dormant, comes back to life with this cuvée. This is the first rum to come out of the still after the official reopening in 2020. It is dedicated to Senator Amédée Knight, founder of the Habitation in 1883.
Grand Rivière, in the north of the island, is where the cane grows, from which the pure juice is extracted to make this rum. Distilled in traditional alembics, it offers a singular profile for Martinique. Only 400 bottles have been produced for this exceptional rum.
