Highland Park 12 years old “Viking Honor” is a single malt scotch whiskey produced by the Higland Park distillery. Located in Kirkwall, in the Orkney Islands, this house produces a unique peated whisky. It still has its own traditional malting area, which allows it to maintain significant know-how.
Aging takes place in European and American oak barrels. These also contained sherry before being used to age this single malt.
