This single malt whiskey from the Highland Park distillery comes from a single barrel. The latter bore the number #2777.
Distilled in 2010, this single malt was aged in a “refill hogshead”. This type of barrel is made up of staves from a bourbon barrel and 25% new staves, free of any aging.
The barrel only gave birth to 322 copies. The bottling of this edition was done without reduction and without filtration.

A nice surprise this HP, which clearly stands out from the rather disappointing productions of this distillery of the last decade.
