After the 2014 vintage , here is the 2016 vintage of HSE Extra Vieux Whisky Kilchoman Cask Finish.
Aged in August 2016, this pure cane juice rum was bottled in October 2022 after a total aging of almost 6 years.
Of these 6 years of aging, only 4 to 5 months correspond to the refinement in Kilchoman peated whisky casks. Cellar master Lionel Lampin is at the origin of this vintage from the “Les finitions du monde” collection.
Kilchoman is a family-run distillery located on the west coast of the island of Islay in Scotland. It produces a peated single malt whisky renowned in the world of Scotch whisky.
This is an assembly of several barrels which gave rise to 4100 numbered bottles.
