HSE Parcellaire #1 VO 45° : Description and customer reviews

HSE Parcellaire #1 VO is an AOC Martinique aged agricultural rum. Following in the footsteps of the wood-aged HSE Parcellaire #1, this is the first parcel aged rum from HSE.

This cuvée also comes from the aging of parcel white rum #1 harvest 2016. Distilled in June 2016 at the Simon distillery, this is made from a single variety, the R570 cane nicknamed "Canne d'Or".

For the 3-year ageing period, the cellar master has selected American white oak barrels.
