HSE Parcellaire #1 VO Canne d'or is an AOC Martinique old agricultural rum. In line with the HSE Parcellaire #1 aged in wood , this is the first old parcel rum from the HSE house.

This cuvée also comes from the aging of parcel white rum #1 harvest 2016. Distilled in June 2016 at the Simon distillery, this is made from a single variety, the R570 cane nicknamed "Canne d'Or".

For the 3-year ageing period, the cellar master has selected American white oak barrels.
