This rum is the result of an original blend combining 80% cane honey rum , made from molasses freshly produced by the Condong sugar mill, and 20% pure cane juice rum from the crops of the Husk estate.
Aged under the subtropical climate of the region, it benefits from maturation in old Australian wine barrels from the Penfolds estate, which give it richness, complexity and elegance.
