Irishman The Harvest is a blend of single malt (70%) and single pot (30%) whiskies produced in Ireland by Bernard Walsh, the brand's founder. The company has been based in Royal Oak, County Carlow, since 1999.
This cuvée is made from a blend of malted and unmalted barley. The whiskey is distilled three times, then aged in American bourbon oak casks.
