La Cour is the name given to this exclusive selection from the house of Isautier for the Foundations catalog.
This is a 13-year-old agricultural rum distilled in 2009 from pure cane juice. The rum was aged in cask #35111 which had previously contained cognac.
The name of this vintage is a nod to the nickname of the old distillery. The latter, installed on the Saint-Pierre front by Antoinette Isautier in 1871, is considered the cradle of the current distillery.
