Isautier Gingembre Citron is made on Reunion Island, famous for its turquoise sea and tropical climate, but also for its excellent arranged rums!
It's best served chilled, in the freezer beforehand. Serve for dessert with lemon tart or ginger cake.

Its color is between amber and copper.
On the nose, there's no mistaking the fruit used to make this rhum arrangé. The ginger is slightly less prominent than the lemon. You can also smell the alcohol, but not necessarily the rum.
On the palate, the attack is very smooth and both ingredients are present, although the roles are reversed and this time it's the ginger that wins out, not only in taste but also with its spiciness.
The finish is long and dominated by ginger. Its freshness will stay with you for a long time.
