Jérémie's tasting notes

On the nose : Vanilla and caramel are very present, getting closer reveals gingerbread with cinnamon and candied orange, cane honey and a touch of freshness.

On the palate : It is round, very sweet, quite pastry-like, even buttery, but with mineral notes that were not perceived on the nose, which release spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and a little chili pepper that tickles the taste buds, a taste of star anise is revealed over time and notes reminiscent of bergamot or ginger and lightly braised cereals.

The finish : quite long, with spices accompanied by a small chili pepper but still with those cereal notes.

If you like it, we recommend :

  • A drier, more complex single cask...
