Tasting notes
Pending our own score, here are the main markers noted by the importer: initially medicinal on the palate, notes of exotic fruit, mirabelle plum and artichoke then take over; palate consistent with the nose with additional notes of cut hay, citrus and flowers; finish on sugar cane, red fruit and coconut.
