Kokubu Shuzo Yasuda is a Japanese artisanal shochu. It is produced in the famous Kagoshima region, the historic birthplace of sweet potato shochu (imo shochu).
Produced by the Kokubu Shuzo distillery, this spirit reflects all the richness and aromatic depth of the best shochus from southern Japan.
This unique shochu takes its name from the variety of yeast used, called Yasuda-kojikin. It gives the final product a unique aromatic palette with floral, almost tropical notes.
