The April harvest is La Favorite's second anniversary cuvée.
This selection bottled for the 180th anniversary of the distillery is a blend of several rums made from pure cane juice. They were fermented then distilled according to the AOC Martinique specifications in April 2022.
Like the March harvest, this rum has a strength of 56°.
This edition of 5000 bottles is produced with the same care as all limited series. That is to say, numbered and hand-waxed by the Dormoy family and their team.
The label here is decorated with hibiscus flowers, which can be found in the Martinique landscape.
