The aim is still to take you on a journey, but with more accessible bottlings, so you can discover the full breadth of the rum world.
This rum made from pure sugarcane juice is distinguished by its fresh, herbal notes. Perfect for a smooth ti'punch or an infinite number of tropical cocktails.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is light and rather sweet, the cane sober and balanced, neither too ripe nor too fresh. At first, it has a discreet lemony edge, before opening up to more vegetal and herbaceous notes.
With aeration, the West Indian terroir begins to express itself more, and the cane gains a more earthy side, with fiber, bark and pepper. There's also a nice bitterness of lime zest, or even combava.
The palate is rather lively and sparkling, with a slightly acidic and fresh cane, but above all tinged with lime. The mid-palate offers fine flavors of cane juice, with a hint of fermentation and pepper.
The finish is more herbal and dry, with some mild spices keeping the warmth going.
