Labourdonnais Coffee Vanilla Rum is a spiced pure cane juice rum, produced in Mapou on Mauritius.
It is made from coffee and vanilla grown on the Labourdonnais estate, founded in 1774. The ingredients are placed in baskets to infuse the 40% white rum, allowing it to macerate for at least 1 month. Once maceration is complete, the rum is filtered and sweetened with cane syrup before being bottled on site.
