Arrangé Français Citron Vert Gingembre is an arranged rum produced in the Paris region by two brothers, Geoffrey and Quentin. Produced by hand, everything from cutting the fruit to bottling is done by hand.
The fruit is macerated briefly in Guadeloupe agricultural rum, with little cane sugar added. The fresh, tart notes of lime are enhanced by the spiciness of ginger, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
