Lazy Dodo XO Chronicles is a traditional Mauritian rum produced by the Grays distillery. This distillery also produces New Grove rums.
This is a blend of molasses rums distilled between 2003 and 2009, then aged in a combination of red oak, ex-Cognac and ex-bourbon casks. The youngest rum in this blend is at least 13 years old.
No coloring has been added and the rum has not been filtered.
