The Lazy Dodo brand obviously refers to the emblematic bird of Mauritius, which has been extinct for 2 centuries. The causes of the Dodo's disappearance are not yet fully understood, although we do know that they are largely attributable to human activity. The Dodo was a large bird (10 kg), unable to fly and unafraid of humans.
