Legendario Aguardiente de Cana Natural is a “heavy” rum of Cuban tradition. It is generally used in blends of rums aged in Cuba.
Its distillation is made from sugar cane honeys carefully selected for the occasion. The canes come from various Cuban plantations. The honey is obtained by heating fresh cane juice, which allows the sugar to be concentrated by evaporation of the water.
