The nose is very round and sweet, with a tart, candy-like banana syrup. The rum's power is there, though contained in the sweetness that reigns around the juicy pineapple skin.
The palate is very round and sweet, with the initial caramelization of flambéed banana. The pineapple is candied in syrup, with surprising notes of candied orange. Cane sugar fills the palate and enhances the banana syrup aromas.
