Les Arrangés du Sud Pat Jaune is 100% artisanal. It is made from a Reunionese white rum from the Rivière du Mât distillery.
This rum is macerated with turmeric grown in the highlands of St Joseph, at La Plaine des Grègues. Maceration takes place in a stainless steel vat for several months, then finishes in the bottle.
It is produced without colorants or additives.
