This white rum from the Amphorum collection is a creation of Saint Eloi Spirits.
It is a rum made from pure cane juice distilled at Grays, in Mauritius.
For this vintage, the maturation process is unique. It takes place in large Tuscan terracotta amphoras which allow natural micro-oxygenation of the rum.
