In January 2023, the Tres Hombres sailing ship made a stopover in Martinique. On this occasion, alongside Franck Dormoy and the team from the La Favorite distillery, an exceptional white rum was selected for a unique finishing process in casks that had previously contained Calvados from Normandy.
During the 4-month crossing, the rum slowly absorbed the aromas of oak and Calvados, while benefiting from dynamic maturation thanks to the constant movement of the ship.
Each bottle comes with a miniature of the original white rum, allowing you to compare and fully appreciate the influence of this sea-aged maturation.
