Manutea VSOP is an aged rum made from pure Tahitian cane juice, distilled, aged and bottled on Moorea by the Manutea distillery. Only one variety of cane is grown at the Pari Pari estate: O'tahiti sugar cane.
This Very Superior Old Pale rum is a blend of several distillates aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak casks. Two types of casks were used: bourbon and banyuls.
This vintage was reduced to 41° before bottling.
