This second batch of Montebello 10 ans Brut de Fût agricultural rum was distilled in 2010. It spent 7 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It was then matured for a further 3 years in casks that had previously contained Cognac.
Barrel filling took place in October 2010. Decanting and bottling took place in July 2021.
This limited series is bottled in 2,000 numbered crude casks.
