Its production relies on a rigorous selection of natural raw materials, including Forastero and Trinitario cocoa beans from West Africa, sugar beet, and Bourbon vanilla. During its creation, the distillate is enriched several times with cold extracts to develop a rich aromatic profile with notes of intense chocolate, vanilla, and caramel.
Made without cream, Mozart Dark Chocolate is naturally vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.
