Laurent's tasting notes
Its color is translucent.
The nose is very fruity. Pear takes center stage, while grapes play second fiddle. An impression of green fruit also emerges, while the alcohol is marked.
On the palate, the attack is surprisingly sweet, but not for long, as the alcohol quickly follows. A little less fruity than on the nose, but the pear is still present.
The finish is moderately long. The pear still stands out, and will have been the main marker throughout the tasting.
