Oaks & Âmes XO is a pure cane juice aged rum from Mauritius .
It is made from cane juice (yellow and red canes), fermented for 8 to 14 days before distillation in a hybrid copper still.
Subsequently, this rum is aged in casks that previously contained sweet wine , made of new oak , ex-bourbon and ex-cognac , for a total of 6 years .
