Old Monk Amber is an Indian rum produced from molasses whose icon is a monk.
This cuvée comes from a blend which consists of the classic Old Monk rum as well as a 20 year old rum.
Her name Amber has several meanings. In Sanskrit it means “the sky”, in Arabic it translates as the word “ambar” which means “the jewel”.
Finally it recalls the amber color of rum.
