On Ti Dousè Piment is a spiced rum made with agricultural rum, fruit and spices. The latter are biodynamically farmed and come from the French West Indies.
This nectar tastes like pepper, but doesn't sting! It's a "vegetarian" chili pepper, a variety endemic to the West Indies that has the particularity of not stinging. Mild and highly aromatic, this pepper is used as an infusion in Martinique agricultural rum, with cane sugar and a blend of spices. Maturation lasts 3 months.
