Ophyum 17 ans is a blend of Caribbean molasses rums distilled in columns. Rums of different ages and origins are selected by the Oliver family and brought to the Dominican Republic. Following the Solera method, where the oldest rums educate the youngest, they are further matured in French and American oak barrels.
The oldest rums in this blend have aged a total of 17 years.
